Welcome to our online space where you can leave your thank you messages and stories of appreciation and celebration for nurses worldwide! Using the hashtag #CelebrateNurses, we provide a space for you to share your messages of gratitude all year round, both on our dedicated website and our social platforms – Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X! We collect your messages daily but, here’s a date to mark in your calendar – May 12th, International Nurses Day. We’re on a mission to collect a flood of ‘Thank You’ notes and messages of appreciation and celebration from Ireland for our brave front-line nursing heroes on this special day, and every day. Join us in celebrating and appreciating nurses globally!

In 2012, Nurse Jobs Ireland, collaborating with it’s sister company 3Q Recruitment, launched the #CelebrateNurses positive recognition campaign, which began as an internal CSR project. The journey began with a simple event honoring 10 nurses on International Nurses Day. We celebrated them by holding an event dedicated to acknowledging their hard work and dedication to their careers. Over time, this blossomed into a powerful movement and a digital hub where so many have shared their gratitude. Today, our many platforms amplify these messages of thanks. We’ve produced three editions of a ‘Thank You Nurse’ e-book, organized workplace celebrations, and gained support from prominent figures including Irish drag queen extraordinaire – Panti Bliss!

As we progress, our dedication to nurses and celebrating their achievements remain unwavering.
